Atmel QTouch Studio – Next Generation Visual Touch Design

Touch interfaces are becoming ever more popular, but are still considered a new technology to many system engineers. How to actually design sensors, decide acceptable component values and how to tune sensitivity are common questions often asked by new designers. This kind of information is traditionally offered through application notes and design guides. Atmel's QTouch Studio eco system takes a new and interactive approach to help system engineers transforming their design ideas into real applications. QTouch Studio provides interactive help for everything ranging from physical sensor design down to real time calibration and tuning of the end product. Adding this full-blown design "wizard" on top of the powerful QTouch Library reduces development time and allows much faster time-to-market.

The session will demonstrate how Atmel QTouch Studio can be used for a complete "Concept-to-product" cycle for a Human Machine Touch Interface.
